If I have a specific idea for a game, can you create it?

Absolutely, we love a challenge! Please get in touch to discuss your requirement.

Can I re-use my game for different campaigns?

Yes you certainly can! You will be in charge of the leaderboard data so you can export or delete previous campaign data and start again with a fresh leaderboard.

How often do you add Ready-to-Go template games to your library?

We add to our Brand & Play templates library throughout the year. If you would like to be contacted when we add a new game please do let us know!

I would love a specific type of game but budget can’t stretch to a Bespoke Game build. Can I request certain games to be created for your Ready-to-Go templates for the future?

Whist we can’t guarantee your preferred game will be included we would love to hear from you! This could very well influence the games we work on for our templates library.

When will we get the Christmas bonus game?

We launch the Christmas bonus game before 1st November.

Do you offer discounts?

We pride ourselves on providing extremely competitive pricing right from the start, for this reason we don’t offer discounts.

I want to pay for next year’s subscription this year, is this possible?

Yes, please get in touch and we can process this.

If I don’t renew my subscription will I lose my leaderboard data?

We leave your customer portal open for 1 month after your subscription has run out. We will also get in touch to remind you to export your leaderboard data and to give you a chance to renew just before closing your account, in case you’ve changed your mind.

I want to renew but we’re going through a re-brand soon, can I hold off customising my next game?

Yes absolutely, once your subscription is renewed, we can pause your brand customisation for up to 6 months.

Do the games work on desktop PCs, mobiles and tablets?

Our Brand & Play games are optimised for use on modern browsers, like Chrome and Safari, on desktop computers. They are also compatible with the latest phones and tablets. As our games use the latest gaming technology and 3D graphics, they may not be compatible with older or lower specification devices.
